The Story of Louth Jewellery Shop Mural
The History
The Jewellery Shop then called 'Pailthorps'
commissioned Margaret
to paint a mural based
on a photograph of the shop dated 1904.
After completing the
mural in 1987 Margaret
has done several repaints with added people and decoration.

In 1904 The Louth Jewellery Shop
was owned by Mr F. Musson.
The next proprietors were
Pailthorps then Scotts now
Straicrofts.
