About the Artist
My Story
Inspiration & Beyond.
As a working artist for the main part of my working life I have painted onto many surfaces. Walls, both interior and exterior. Fine bone china and tiles. Wood and furniture have always been a particular favourite. However, My real passion has always been oil painting onto canvas.
I am inspired by landscapes, skies and all things natural
Like most children I painted pictures as soon as I was old enough to hold a brush.
My passion did not fade as I became older.
After Art School I worked for a while in a drawing office until commissioned art took precedent.

I love doing commissions. establishing a rapport with a cusstomer
working on a piece of artwork that reflects their wishes
always leaves me with a sense of fulfilment.
